1. We provide 7 days for returning the products. The customers can return the items back to us during this period.
2. Please kindly make sure that your return items are unused and in the same condition with what you received as well as the original packing.
3. The receipt of the product will be required when you return the items.
4. We will send you an email or make a phone call to inform you that your return will be approved or rejected once the return items are received by us.
5. Only if your refund is approved, the money will be transferred to your account with 7 days.
